At Flip With Rick+, we take great pride in offering top-quality educational content, personalized support, and a nurturing community, all designed to help our members flourish. We warmly encourage prospective students to thoughtfully consider their commitment to their educational journey before applying. Flip With Rick is specifically crafted for individuals who are dedicated to investing time and effort in order to achieve tangible results, rather than for those who merely wish to "try out" Wholesaling Real Estate.
Your Membership
Your membership includes access to an exclusive server for education, mentorship and a positive community to network within.
If you have done a “JV Deal” with SellmyPaper.com you will get an automatic code texted or emailed to you to sign up for Flip with Rick+ for FREE for the year. After a year you will need to do another JV deal with SellMyPaper.com to keep your membership active. Doing 5 JV deals a year for example will grant you 5 years of Flip with Rick+ for free. JV Deals are assignments that are closed where you signed a joint venture agreement with Rick & Zach’s SellmyPaper.com and completed a “Wholesaling Deal”. If you have done a JV deal please send your HUD or Check with the address and someone on the team will contact SellmyPaper.com to confirm and get you your code for Flip with Rick+ in a timely manner.
By placing your monthly recurring order with Flip With Rick+ you will be charged $99.99 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic receipt after each successful transaction.
Personal Information
We do not collect personal information beyond the user name and email address you provide. We do not share this information with any third parties. All reasonable practices are in place to ensure confidential storage and handling of personal information. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We do not have access to your credit card information; this is managed by our payment gateway providers.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD (or any other agreed currency)
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Flip With Rick+ will NOT deal or provide any services or products via shipping of physical products.
Refund/Return Policy
As a general principle, we kindly inform you that we DO NOT offer refunds on any of our products or services. This policy is in place due to the digital nature of our resources and the significant investment we make in creating, maintaining, and delivering top-notch content which includes LIVE private training events for specialized Real Estate techniques.
Cancellation & Replacement Policy
You can cancel your Flip With Rick membership at any time by logging to your membership portal and changing your billing preference in the setting tab on the upper right hand corner. Doing this WILL NOT refund your purchase or stop the current month billing cycle, but will cancel any future charges or subscriptions. If you have canceled and you are still being charged please email [email protected] with the subject line “BILLING” to get any issues resolved.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Intellectual Property
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of Flip With Rick+ information and services, without express written permission by us. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their username/password, violators will be permanently banned from Flip With Rick+ with no refunds.
Community Code of Conduct
All members are expected to communicate in a respectful manner at all times. Any conduct that is viewed as unacceptable by management will result in a warning and / or expulsion from the community.
We have no tolerance for objectionable content, NSFW content, racism, or abusive users, and bullying or harassment of any Sort. Any user posting objectionable content will be banned from our service.
Any reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and US for US persons.
Consent for Photo/Video Release by Users
By using Flip With Rick and Flip With Rick +(Plus), you hereby consent to the use by of my image, video, voice, or all three of them, in the item described above. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished video recording. I agree that all such pictures, video or audio recordings and any reproduction thereof shall remain the property of the author, Flip With Rick, Richard Ginn, Zachary Ginn, and Flip With Rick + (Plus) as it sees fit. I understand that this consent is perpetual, that I may not revoke it, and that it is binding. I understand that these images may appear publicly as part of the Flip With Rick +(Plus) website, social media platforms, emails and/or other marketing materials.
Live Events
Flip with Rick+ (plus) Live Events are FREE for all Flip with Rick+ Qualified Members. Qualified members are Flip with Rick+ members that either did a JV deal with Sellmypaper.com or have been a paying member of Flip with Rick+ for over 3 consecutive months (3 Payments Made) prior to the Live Event Date. Paying for 3 months and then cancelling and coming back will reset your consecutive date back to when you re-joined Flip with Rick+ (Plus). If you have not been a member for over three consecutive months you will not be permitted to get a free ticket to Flip with Rick+ (plus) live events. This is done to discourage users from paying for only one month going to the live event and cancelling a month later. The cost to host two live events for one member well exceeds 3 months of payments so this policy is done in place to keep the cost of your Flip with Rick Plus membership the lowest it possibly can, and to have the most engaged, committed people at Flip with Rick Plus Live Events. There will be TWO Flip with Rick Plus Live Events in a 365 Day Period (One Year). The Venues will be announced 3 months before the event and you will have to confirm if you're going to the event at least 30 days before the announced date to properly hire enough staff, seats, and the appropriate venue for the best live event possible. It is possible if you haven't been a member for 3 consecutive months to pay a "Catch Up" fee of the 2 missing payments to make it 3 consecutive of the cost of (2 Extra months of Flip with Rick+). This Catch Up Fee will only be used to cover the costs of hosting the live event for you. In addition if you have a business partner, spouse, or relative they can get free access to the event by paying the same "Catch Up Fee" of 2 Months of Flip with Rick+ per additional person going to the event. Links to pay the Catch Up fee will be presented once the venue is announced for the Live Event
All Flip with Rick+ members who go to these Live Meetups will waive all rights of liability for going to the meetup and agree not to sue Flip with Rick, Flip with Rick Plus, Richard Ginn, and Zachary Ginn for whatever Tort, Liability, or Harm that was done at said event or meetup.
In addition to Flip with Rick+ (Plus) live events Rick & Zach Ginn will occasionally have "LIVE" meetups or hangout sessions when they travel around the country or world. These meetups are for Flip with Rick+ members only and the sole point of these meetups is to mentor, network, and hangout with other likeminded Flip with Rick Plus members. These events will be announced inside the Flip with Rick Plus community tab. All Flip with Rick+ members who go to these Live Meetups will waive all rights of liability for going to the meetup and agree not to sue Flip with Rick, Flip with Rick Plus, Richard Ginn, and Zachary Ginn for whatever Tort, Liability, or Harm that was done at said event or meetup.
